That’s where I come in with! I build enticing brands and websites for creatives like you.

Hi, Howdy, Hey there friend. I’m Amy, the founder and designer at Do Dream Designs. I’m so excited to see you aboard this entrepreneurship bus!

My Story

Turned out I wasn’t a keen writer (or blogger), even writing this page took an embarrassingly long time. I obsess over details and I wanted my blog to look unique and the only way I knew how to do that was to code it myself.

So after many (I mean many!) frustrating evenings staring at screens, I got better and came to enjoy the creative process and solving the puzzle. More than that, designing brands and websites has become a full-time hobby and obsession… and so I spent the next couple of year’s buried in research and self-study to start this new career.

Although that travel blogger dream faded in to the background, new bigger dreams grew and I’m so excited to be working with other women who are also building their dreams.

I’m a bit of a late bloomer when it comes to entrepreneurship. I’ve wanted to do allll the careers growing up… pilot, accountant, midwife, doctor and finally psychologist. I finally decided to study psychology at uni and worked in the NHS, police and eventually went in to forensic settings.

Truth be told, I only recently stopped wanting to pursue the career bug a couple of years ago. Climbing up the career ladder just wasn’t important to me anymore. I liked my jobs sure, but what I really wanted was more freedom to be able to make my own decisions about what goals I set, when I can take time off, and to work towards a future where I can spend more time travelling.

Cue starting a travel blog! Who wouldn’t love to be paid to lounge on a beach and explore new places right?!
